FapCraft, the more complete and explicit take on Jenny Mod, isn’t made for Bedrock. That version is only available if you’re playing Java Edition.
But the original Jenny Mod itself? That’s a different story. There are versions out there built specifically for Bedrock, and they work just fine. If you’re on mobile, Xbox, or even the Windows version that comes from the Microsoft Store, you’re all set — just grab the right file and drop it in.
These versions usually come in .mcaddon
or .mcpack
format, and you won’t need to mess with anything complicated. No extra apps. No zip folders. Just tap to open, and Minecraft handles the rest.
Follow the Bedrock install steps
Step 1 – Download the Bedrock Addon
Look for a file ending in .mcaddon or .mcpack. If the creator splits assets, you might get two: one behavior, one resource. That’s fine.
Step 2 – Install by Opening the File
Just double-click (Windows) or tap (mobile) the .mcaddon
file. Minecraft should launch and say something like “Import started…” then “Import successful.” If it fails, the pack version may not match your Bedrock build.
Step 3 – Activate in a World
- From the Minecraft main menu, create a new world (recommended) or edit an existing test world.
- Go to Add-Ons / Resource Packs and Behavior Packs tabs.
- Find Jenny and click Activate for both (if provided).
- Confirm Experimental settings if the addon requires them. Some builds need gameplay toggles (like Holiday Creator Features).
Step 4 – Launch the World & Test
Enter the world. Depending on how the pack was made, Jenny may appear as an entity you spawn with an item, an egg in Creative mode, or it may alter villagers/NPCs. Check the creator notes if included.
Bedrock Troubleshootin
- Nothing shows up: Pack wasn’t activated in both Resource + Behavior tabs.
- Red errors in chat: Version mismatch; update Minecraft or find the right build.
- Game crashes: Remove the pack by editing the world and deactivating it, or temporarily move the pack folder out of the
com.mojang
directory.
